and basic system components. |

| Remove temp files, clean the registry,
remove unneeded programs and startup entries, defragment the hard drive. |
| • Updates |
| Apply updates to Microsoft Windows and
Office, antivirus software (if current subscriber), and Adobe Reader. |
| • Physically Clean |
Desktops: clean case inside and out.
Laptops: clean keyboard, screen and case exterior. |

| Note:
The PC Tune-up is routine maintenance regimen that will noticieably improve the
performance of most systems. Due to the vast number of issues that can cause computer
problems, it may not fix the specific problem you are experiencing. |
Items Not Included in a Tune-Up |
| • Removal of Persistent Viruses
and Spyware |
Scans will clean most viruses and spyware
as they are detected.
Those that remain need to be individually removed. |
| • Repair of the Windows Operating
System |
| Windows files may be corrupted by viruses,
spyware, program conflicts and improper use. Windows problems not corrected by
standard maintenance may need additional repair. |
| • Replacement Parts, Software and
Installation of New Programs |
| Replacement parts and their installation.
Purchase and installation of new programs, including Antivirus or Antispyware
programs, will be quoted. |
| • Any Service Not Specifically
Included in the Tune-Up |
| Computer Troubleshooters technicians
are happy to provide skilled assistance whenever we can. Additional tasks, like
setting up a printer or camera, or configuring a spam filter, will be performed
at our standard Bench rate. |
